Favorite part of your job: I enjoy nurturing the client experience, even during rare, challenging situations.

Describe the Jet Linx experience/team in one word: Synergy.

Favorite Jet Linx memory or experience: There are so many ways in which we create meaningful relationships with our clients. Sometimes, it is through remembering a special occasion. Sometimes, it is the simple gesture of supporting a mom with her sick child after landing. Once, a young one needed fresh clothes and a cleanup following air sickness, and we were quick to find Jet Linx apparel on hand to provide a change of clothes. It was of course unfortunate the child got ill, but it was a humanizing experience that cultivated a lasting, personal, and warm relationship with the client.

Favorite thing about Denver: The friendliness and sense of community in the people.

Little known fact about yourself, or favorite hobby: My favorite hobby, after moving to Denver, has been riding a dirt bike. I am not into exercise so rather than hike up the mountain, I can ride up the mountain!

What someone might find surprising about your job: Hospitality and thoughtfulness are ever present in the daily exchange. Between clients as well as every Jet Linx department.
