Airworthiness remains the primary goal for our Aircraft Management clients, allowing their assets maximum availability to serve the Aircraft Owner. Jet Linx will add your aircraft to our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking software which is used to track more than 4,500 aircraft nationwide and supports more than 180 different aircraft makes and models.
Our full-time staff of maintenance technicians track and perform the regularly scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in-house, which will dramatically reduce your cost of ownership. The larger, less frequent inspections that require weeks of downtime and added personnel are performed in partnership with industry-trusted maintenance facilities.
As one of the single largest expenses in aircraft ownership, Jet Linx researches the best programs to negotiate the best prices through partnerships with fuel vendors and FBOs nationwide. All savings related to fuel costs are passed on to our clients, which can add up to thousands of dollars per year.
As a Jet Linx client, you don’t have to worry about coordinating or performing maintenance – our team takes care of everything.
Our private jet maintenance teams utilize state-of-the-art software to stay on top of complex timelines and ensure that our private jets remain airworthy. This system allows monitoring of more than 4,500 nationwide private jets of 180 different makes and models. Whenever possible, jet maintenance is scheduled together as a batch, meaning that efficiency and safety are maximized while reducing costs for our clients.
If specialized equipment or parts are necessary, only vetted industry partners perform the service, often for discounted rates. Many of these partners provide support onsite at Jet Linx facilities, working side-by-side with our in-house technicians. Your aircraft will always be in good hands
All Jet Linx aircraft are placed on FAA-approved jet maintenance inspection programs, and all outside vendors are audited in accordance with FAA-approved standards. When private jet maintenance teams are unable to perform inspections on-site, the work is completed by vendors that have been vetted and approved by Jet Linx Quality Control teams. Jet Linx teams and management from each vendor meet on a scheduled basis to discuss process improvements and strategies to reduce owner costs while improving downtime.

Jet Linx maintains locally-based maintenance teams to support a quicker return to service whenever required. A local presence allows our private jet maintenance teams to get the job done quickly and at a lower cost than other providers. Jet Linx also maintains full control over training and regular audits are performed to ensure that the highest standards of safety and service are being exceeded on a continual basis.
Private jet maintenance technicians at Jet Linx must adhere to stringent training requirements. All technicians must have an Airframe and Powerplant license prior to employment, and must participate in the random sampling drug and alcohol program. All initial training with Jet Linx requires an assessment with an annual review, including a 24-month recurrent training requirement to continue training and working on like-aircraft types in fleet.
During onboarding and every 24 months thereafter, all technicians receive training on human factors, suspected unapproved parts, the Jet Linx Safety Management System, fatigue management and hazardous materials. Company policy also requires further scrutiny on Required Inspection Items (RII) such as more critical components.
For each part request, Jet Linx Quality Assurance teams source at least three quotes to offer the best price to owners, and a logistical review ensures an efficient delivery method. Historical ordering data is also reviewed on a consistent basis to pre-purchase future parts at a reduced cost. Further review of performance metrics allows for the most efficient shipping method and reduced order wait times.
All products ordered from part vendors are subject to quality assurance review to certify that parts are reliable and compliant. Jet Linx has built-in layers to ensure that parts are not only safe and effective, but priced fairly as well.
Auditing of external vendors remains a critical safety aspect when Jet Linx technicians are not performing maintenance. For larger inspections that require tooling not housed at Jet Linx facilities, only approved vendors are used. Approval must come before a vendor performs maintenance and a 24 month onsite inspection interval must occur for vendors to maintain ‘approved’ status. Primary vendors are always selected first, while secondary vendors are used as needed for unscheduled maintenance events.
Maintenance teams at Jet Linx Base locations undergo the same rigorous reviews and audits as outside vendors. The Safety Department, in combination with the Maintenance Department, reviews events and performance, but also ensures the shelf life and approval of parts and tools.
With the third-largest Part 135 fleet in the nation, our business volume compels industry partners to offer us the most competitive prices on the market for parts, labor, repairs and inspections.
