Annual Global Best Practices Summit

Share:

Last week, the new Jet Linx National Operations Center hosted a summit of Base Presidents, Base Chief Pilots, and Sales Associates. More than 35 team members attended the training, working with the National Operations Center teams throughout the week. “In the past, we wouldn’t have been able to host all the teams at once,” President & CEO Jamie Walker said. “Having everyone under one roof allowed for greater collaboration across all departments.” Jet Linx emphasizes continued training as an important way lead continued improvement. Training together ensures that each member of the team has the chance to share expertise with and learn from others across the country.

Last year was momentous for Jet Linx in terms of growth: we hit several milestones as a company, including flying our 45,000,000th mile and moving into our new National Operations Center. Our continued growth – thanks to the support of our loyal friends and clients – necessitated the expansion of our National Operations Center into a new space. Jet Linx added 30 aircraft (for a total of 65 in fleet) and 200 Jet Card clients in 2015, and is now the fifth largest Part 135 operator in the United States.

“Our National Operations Center provides support for all Jet Linx locations nationwide,” explained Walker. “The team at the NOC has expanded so that we can continue to Supply the High to all of our clients and team members. The new office not only provides space for our current team, but allows for future growth.”
