In 1996, she began her human resources career in the nonprofit field. From 2000-2012, she worked for CSG International, an Omaha based global telecommunications company, in various human resources generalist and HR leadership roles. In 2012, she joined Mosaic, an Omaha based health care company, serving as the VP of Talent Management with responsibility for talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, learning, talent development, culture and succession planning.  She joined Jet Linx in 2019 as the VP of Human Resources where she has responsibility for the Human Resources and Talent teams. Yvette volunteers with Habitat for Humanity International and with CASA for Douglas County.  She is also a court appointed special advocate (CASA) for children in foster care.
