Towards the end of 2002, he moved back to his home state of Nebraska and joined Jet Linx Aviation. Jason was responsible for the oversight of the Flight Operations Department, coordinating the scheduling of the aircraft, crew scheduling and, most importantly, first class customer service. At the beginning of 2008, Jason and two others launched Aviation Integration to provide efficiencies and training to the aviation industry.

Jason returned to Jet Linx in 2010 to manage the Scheduling and Dispatch team, as well as oversee the development of process and procedures throughout the organization. In November of 2012, Jason was named VP of Flight Operations to provide leadership to the Operations, Charter, Flight Coordination, Client Services and Maintenance departments. In late 2017, Jason assumed the role of Vice President of Business Intelligence and Technology, where he was responsible for the strategic initiatives related to the development of analytics and tools to analyze and automate business processes and growth.  Beginning in 2019, Jason transitioned into the role of Senior Vice President.  In this current role, Jason oversees a subset of Jet Linx Base locations, assisting in Business Development, operational initiatives, and strategic planning.

Jason is a past recipient of the UNO Aviation Institute Distinguished Alumnus Award for his service to the Aviation Institute as an alumnus and for accomplishments in his career endeavors.
