Favorite part of my job: The opportunity to work with our clients, and getting to know them and their families. Also, working alongside great team members, both here in Chicago and across the company.

Describe the Jet Linx experience/team in one word: Phenomenal.

Favorite Jet Linx memory or experience: Anytime that I have the chance to work with one of our Jet Card members or aircraft owners, and help ensure that every aspect of their trip goes smoothly. When they are dealing with everyday challenges, we ensure that they are well taken care of, from start to finish. That is one of the best parts of this job.

Favorite thing about Chicago: Lou Malnati’s pizza, a beautiful city skyline, Midwest hospitality and my family!

Little known fact about yourself or favorite hobby:  I’ve worked in an Illinois winery’s tasting room, and found a true appreciation for tasting and learning all the complexities that each grape has and how the winemakers make each wine. Truly a science!

What might someone find surprising about your job: The immense satisfaction that I get every day working for Jet Linx. It’s great being 62 and loving what you do!
