Favorite part of your job: Interacting with our clients. They are all so different and it’s nice to get to know each of them individually and earn their trust.

Describe the Jet Linx team in one word: Passionate. Everyone here is fully engulfed in making each client as happy as possible. Ensuring that each trip is as smooth and enjoyable as it can possibly be is our number one priority.

Favorite Jet Linx memory or experience: Every time we get to do something fun and personalized for a member trip! Everything from giving Mother’s Day flowers to making gift baskets.

Favorite thing in Houston: The Mexican food.

What might someone find surprising about your job: It is not a 9-to-5 job and it is much more than customer service. We work 24/7 ensuring every detail of each trip is perfect from wheels up to wheels down.
