“Kindred Resort was built to bring people together. We wanted it to feel like the living room of Keystone, a place where you can connect, unwind, and still feel completely taken care of,” Dohner explained. “Every design choice, from the art to the architecture, was made to honor this valley and the people who love it.”

Inside the resort, art takes center stage with the Kindred Art Collection. Spanning more than 200 works by Mountain West artists, the collection includes murals, ceramic installations, and a sculptural bench that mirrors the nearby peaks. QR codes placed throughout allow for self-guided art tours, turning the property into a living gallery.

The heart of the resort features the 107-room hotel with 95 attached residences, all coming with direct access to Keystone’s slopes along with a full-service spa and salon, ski and ride school, retail shops, a private club, and restaurants with sweeping mountain views. In addition to the hotel, Kindred Resort features 95 luxury residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with open-concept living, high-end finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows that blend comfort with the surrounding landscape. Gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, and select private balconies offer space to unwind or gather in privacy.
