Little known fact about yourself, or favorite hobby: I’m a great listener, but if I get excited about a topic, like flying, then expect frequent interruption!

What might someone find surprising about your job: We are always prepared to personally and professionally handle any problems that might pop up with a client’s trip. Whether their flight is delayed do to weather or some quick maintenance needs to be done to ensure a safe trip – our team is always there!
