Supply the High Five with Our Core Values

It’s not every day that a group of leaders discusses a mission to Mars, or how to communicate to Martians who don’t speak English. For Jet Linx, team members didn’t even need to leave the office to fulfill their true mission: naming the core values that shape the private jet company’s everyday operations.

“A lot of people have asked how we’ve developed these core values,” said Jamie Walker, Jet Linx Aviation President & CEO. “We all took the time to really look at it from our Bases’ perspective and said, ‘If we had to send a mission to Mars, to go visit with Martians who didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Martian, how we’d describe who we were and what we did through our actions and daily efforts,’ and it was through that exercise that we developed exactly what our core values were.”

Jet Linx already had its Supply the High mantra, a mission statement describing the group’s dedication to customer service. The 5 core values are nicknamed Supply the High Five:

• Compassion: We will proactively seek to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients and team.
• Integrity: We will create professional working relationships in a manner that is forthright and honest at all times.
• Selflessness: We will provide genuine attention to all clients and our team through unselfish concern and kindness.
• Dedication: We will exhibit steadfast commitment to our individual performance and devotion to our clients and team.
• Enthusiasm: We will passionately pursue an environment and experience that are second to none.
