Keith HarbisonJet Linx St. Louis
Keith Harbison formed Alitus Partners in 2016. Alitus is a direct investment platform that acquires small operating companies with $10 to $50 million in revenue, then owns them for 10 to 20 years. In this way, Alitus functions more like an operating partner to business owners rather than like a private equity group.
Prior to forming Alitus Partners, Keith was the Founder and served as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Pretium Packaging. Pretium grew to become one of the largest custom plastic bottle manufacturers in North America. Keith led a group that acquired the platform business in 1992 with $4.5 million in sales, which then grew to $230 million prior to its sale to a private equity firm in 2014. Pretium is a full-service manufacturer of plastic bottles and closures for the personal care, pharmaceutical, food, household chemical, and agricultural chemical markets. The company is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and operates 12 manufacturing facilities from Southern California through the Midwest, the Northeast, and Canada.
Before Pretium, Keith acted as Co-Founder, Officer, and Director of Com-Link 21, a long-distance resale company which was sold to MCI WorldCom. Keith also has experience in commercial real estate development, building office buildings for tenants such as IBM, Citicorp, Southwestern Bell, and Hewlett Packard.
Keith graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
