Our pilots meticulously review weather patterns and route options to guarantee the safest journey possible. Every team member is trained to double-check plans and procedures, always asking ‘what if?’ to prepare for the unexpected.

Our Jet Card Members and Aircraft Owners never see our team working round the clock to perform real-time flight tracking or pilot fatigue monitoring – but they do feel the confidence of flying with a pilot that knows them by name and always has treats ready for the family dog. Speaking of personal service, our pilots are assigned to specific aircraft, so they know every switch, every sound, and every nuance.  When our pilots fly an aircraft, it’s like driving their own vehicle.

We also listen to our clients’ feedback about how we can make each trip better than the next – and we perform the same exercise with our pilots in a voluntary reporting program where our crewmembers are encouraged to speak up to builder a stronger and safer operation.
