Kaitlyn SmithJet Linx Indianapolis
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Kaitlyn Smith is a graduate of Indiana University’s Indianapolis campus. While attending, Kaitlyn started her career in customer service and hospitality at St. Elmo Steakhouse, a nationally acclaimed restaurant. Kaitlyn left the hospitality industry to work as a preschool teacher for four years before returning to hospitality in the hotel industry. Kaitlyn joined Jet Linx in 2014 as a Client Service Specialist and was promoted to the Lead role shortly thereafter. Recently, Kaitlyn was promoted to General Manager of Jet Linx Indianapolis.
