My Home Base – Madeline Sullivan, Jet Linx National Operations Center

Aug 7, 2017 | Team Spotlight

In each edition of My Home Base, we feature a member of the Jet Linx team from across the country and showcase what they feel makes their Jet Linx location and their city special. In this edition, meet Madeline Sullivan, Jet Linx Fleet Optimization Specialist.

Favorite part of your job: The skills that I’m able to improve – like learning geography! Our clients and aircraft owners fly all over the country, so optimizing the use of our aircraft fleet requires extensive geography skills. Mine improve on a weekly basis!

Describe the Jet Linx team in one word: Unflappable.

Favorite Jet Linx memory or experience: Attending the 100th Aircraft celebration! When I was a college intern with Jet Linx back in 2012, Jet Linx managed around 40-50 aircraft. I’m proud to be part of a company that has nearly doubled in size since then.

Favorite thing about Omaha: I’ve lived in Omaha my entire life. The real question is: What’s not to love?!

Little known fact about yourself, or favorite hobby: I earned my Private Pilot License when I was eighteen years old.

What might someone find surprising about your job: On an average work day, the Fleet Optimization team will receive around 700 emails – that are read and taken care of! Just one example of how dedicated our team is every day!
