“With the pandemic emerging last year we saw a surge in demand for vacation rentals over traditional, larger hotels,” explained Erin Kotzur, Senior Vice President of Sales at KEY. “People still wanted to travel, but they wanted a safer option. Kotzur mentioned a home in Aspen with a chef-grade kitchen, perfect for a private chef or an interactive dining experience. Another property in Palm Springs offers an outdoor space for a day by the pool with a bartender. From roasting s’mores on the beach in San Diego to a post-lunch hike at a property in Breckenridge, the team at KEY knows what each home offers.
