When you become a Jet Card client, you have access to a fleet of over 100 planes without a capital investment or a long-term commitment. You will have guaranteed access to a Light Jet, Midsize Jet, Super Midsize Jet, and a Heavy Jet when you become a Jet Card Member, so you can select the right jet for every mission.
We are also proud to offer a guaranteed highest standard of safety in the industry. Safety is at the foundation of everything we do. Jet Linx has contracted third-party safety auditing firm, ARGUS, to conduct an ongoing audit of our operations and pilots. ARGUS is considered the industry’s foremost expert in aviation safety and auditing. In 2007, Jet Linx earned the prestigious ARGUS Platinum Safety Rating, awarded to less than 2% of FAA Part 135 operators. Jet Linx is also an IS-BAO Stage 3 rated operator and holds the Wyvern Wingman standard. Jet Linx also employs a full time Director of Safety to oversee the continued enhancement of our safety programs.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a trip?
Our Client Service Specialists have pulled together flight plans in as little as two hours, but we do ask for 48 hours of notice to provide our guaranteed hourly rates. However, we know that life happens, and that’s why our Client Service Specialists are on-call 24/7 to meet all of your flight scheduling needs.
Can I bring friends on my flight? What about pets?
The price of the flight is not per-person. Our guaranteed hourly rates are the same no matter how many people you bring on the plane, and they don’t need their own Jet Card to fly with you. Your pets can also fly in the cabin with you as long as it is deemed safe by the flight crew.
What about customer service?
We treat our clients like family. When you call to book a trip, you call a local number, and speak with the same Client Services team each time. There is always someone here to help, no matter if it is a weekend or a holiday. Each Base is backed by our robust National Operations Center, staffed at all times to ensure that there is never a lapse in service.
