Jet Linx sets out to build a private jet company that would provide the industry’s best customer service experience. Founded by Denny Walker, Jet Linx premieres its first local base operation at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Nebraska. As the first private terminal for Jet Linx clients, Jet Linx Omaha continues to offer complete privacy and a unique luxury experience. Walker is not only the founder of Jet Linx, he also serves as the Base Partner of our Omaha location when the model later evolves. He is also heavily involved in the Omaha community and serves on several non-profit boards.


Initially a fractional jet company, Jet Linx reinvents its business model under the leadership of Jet Linx President and CEO Jamie Walker, becoming a jet card and aircraft management company. Jet Linx earns its own FAA Part 135 certificate to manage aircraft.


Jet Linx earns its first ARGUS Platinum Safety Rating, the highest safety rating awarded to an operator, after completing an intensive onsite audit and has earned a Platinum safety rating every year since. Of the 2,300 Part 135 operators in the United States, less than four percent have earned a Platinum rating.


Jet Linx purchases Aviation Charter Services in Indianapolis, Indiana – a 30-year-old aircraft management and charter company, and successfully expands their business in a new market. Jet Linx Indianapolis’ private terminal provides clients with a unique private meeting room and executive lounge. The Base is located at the Indianapolis International Airport. Brent Claymon now serves as the Base Partner. Outside of Jet Linx, Claymon is a Principal of Tyson Onsite, Encore Sotheby’s International Realty and Claymon Investments.


Jet Linx expands to Dallas with a private terminal at Dallas Love Field Airport. Clients can enjoy a view of the downtown Dallas skyline while they wait for their departure in the private executive lounge. Jet Linx Dallas is led by Base Partners Brent Carreker, Denny Carreker and Henry Coffeen – all successful business leaders and active members in the Dallas community. Brent also serves as Base President. The Base celebrated 10 years of business in 2019.

Jet Linx earns IS-BAO certification, the globally accepted “gold seal” for business aviation operations.


Jet Linx continues its growth and opens Jet Linx Denver. The private terminal located at Centennial Airport offers beautiful views of the Rockies in the distance and a gorgeous luxury lounge. The Denver Base is managed by Base Partner Jeff Puckett, a veteran in the aviation industry and an award-winning aerobatic pilot. Puckett is a board member for several aviation community programs, as well as an inductee to the Living Legends of Aviation.


With success now in Omaha, Indianapolis, Dallas and Denver, Jet Linx expands in Texas to the Alamo City at the San Antonio International Airport. The Jet Linx San Antonio team is led by Base Partner and President Tom Northington. Before he joined Jet Linx, Northington explored ranch real estate and founded a manufacturing company.


For the first time, Jet Linx opens two Bases within one year. Jet Linx St. Louis arrives at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport with a private terminal (the only private jet provider based at the airport). Jet Linx St. Louis is led by Base Partners Jim Mauzé, Keith Harbison and Robert Hermann, Jr. – all of whom are well known in St. Louis for their successful business ventures and community involvement.

Jet Linx also expands operations to the Southwest with a private terminal at the Scottsdale Municipal Airport. Scottsdale operations are led by Base Partner Jon Hulburd – a Phoenix businessman, attorney and community leader. Hullburd focuses most of his attention on making a difference in the community, particularly for children who are facing life-threatening illness.


Next stop – Atlanta. The Jet Linx terminal at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport boasts class and luxury. Jon Snodgrass serves as Base Partner for Linx Atlanta. In addition to heading up Jet Linx Atlanta operations, he is also Managing Director of a privately-held, Atlanta-based holding company Great American Holdings.

Jet Linx heads back to Texas, but this time at the William P. Hobby Airport in Houston. The terminal recently received a complete remodel that includes a new hangar and an expansive private lobby with high ceilings and sleek interior design. Base Partner and President Lance Welch and Base Partner Parker Johnson lead the operations in Houston. Prior to Jet Linx, Welch spent 25 years in the mortgage industry and serves as a board member for a list of financial and manufacturing industries, as well as non-profit boards in the community.


Jet Linx arrives in Tulsa and establishes another local Base operation. Located at the Tulsa International Airport, the Jet Linx Tulsa terminal provides a spacious lobby with soaring ceilings and provides the highest level of luxury and privacy for Jet Linx clients.

Jet Linx’s award- winning quarterly publication SOAR Magazine debuts. Since 2014, SOAR has received a long list of accolades, including most recently back-to-back 2017 and 2018 Gold Adrian Awards from the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International.

First audited in 2014, Jet Linx continues to be awarded the Wyvern Wingman Standard, an affirmation of our commitment to industry best safety practices. In addition to passing a very demanding onsite audit of our operations, the Wyvern Wingman Standard requires an ongoing audit of important safety data validating our pilot experience, continual training of pilots and maintenance technicians, and updates to critical programs such as our Safety Management Systems (SMS).


The best in private aviation adds Jet Linx Washington D.C. to its list of Bases. Dulles International Airport is home to the Jet Linx Washington D.C. private terminal that just completed a partial buildout and remodel – providing ample space for their growing clientele. Recently, Jet Linx Washington D.C. added Base Operating Partners Alec LeFort and Isaac Flanagan to their team. Besides their work with Jet Linx operations, both LeFort and Flanagan also work for Radcliff Aviation Partners, a division of The Radcliff companies.

The Oakland County International Airport welcomes the Jet Linx Detroit Base to the Motor City. With a rustic, reclaimed-brick wall and modern design, the private terminal in Detroit exemplifies Jet Linx’s continued quest to provide customers with a differentiated, highly personalized experience. Stephen Polk serves as Base Partner for Jet Linx Detroit. Polk is also the President of Highgate, LLC, a private investment company, and is actively involved in local business and civic concerns.

Jet Linx launches Elevated Lifestyle – a client benefits program that gives Jet Linx members access to exclusive rewards and offers. Elevated Lifestyle has grown to include over 20 partners across a number of categories including health & wellness, leisure, wine & spirits, fashion, travel, and more.

Jet Linx earns IS-BAO Stage 3 certification rating – one of the most difficult to receive. Less than one percent of the operators in the world have achieved this level of safety standard.


Originally an offshoot of Jet Linx Dallas in 2012, Jet Linx Fort Worth opens its own private facility at the Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, due to resounding growth in the local market. Led by the same Base Partners as the Dallas facility, Jet Linx Fort Worth is dedicated to giving members the private travel experiences they desire: luxurious, convenient and completely private.

Jet Linx Nashville makes its debut in the Music City at the Nashville International Airport. Trey Sutter serves as Base Partner/CEO of Jet Linx Nashville. A Nashville native, Sutter is not only active in the local business community, he is also a private pilot with extensive aviation experience.

Jet Linx reaches new heights when it achieves authorization to operate in Cuba. Jet Card holders and aircraft owners, with permission to travel to the country that once barred U.S. travel, can fly to Havana and 11 other airports in Cuba with Jet Linx from anywhere in the U.S.


Jet Linx soars past a major milestone in the aviation industry with 50 million miles flown and introduces the new Jet Card program, with no up front deposit, to new and existing clients.


Jet Linx’s nationally based fleet surpasses its 100th aircraft under management and is currently the third largest aircraft management company (Part 135) in the United States. Jet Linx teams at each Base and the NOC celebrate this company-wide achievement. Even Forbes.com, along with other news outlets across the country, covers this company milestone.


Jet Linx Chicago opens a new private terminal at the Chicago Executive Airport with Christopher Merrill serving as Base Partner and Board Chair. Merrill is also Founder, Chairman and CEO of Harrison Street, a real estate private equity firm. He is also heavily involved in civic community through several local organizations. The new terminal features a modern aesthetic.

Boston welcomes Jet Linx to Hanscom Field with a newly-renovated private terminal. With a contemporary design and modern touches, the executive terminal is the first of its kind in Boston and is by managed by Boston natives and Jet Linx Base Partners Samuel Byrne, managing partner and co-founder of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, and David Fialkow, co-founder and managing director of General Catalyst.

Jet Linx arrives in The Big Apple. A site for the executive private terminal is established at the popular Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Jet Linx New York is managed by Base Partners Alec LeFort, Evan Morgan, Eli Goldstein and Base Partner and President Isaac Flanagan – all of whom are active managing partners for The Radcliff Companies, a New York-based private investment company.


Jet Linx surpasses a monumental milestone in private aviation of 100 million miles flown. With half of the 100 million miles flown in just the last five years alone, this achievement is a reflection of the company’s commitment to unparalleled service and the highest safety standards.

Jet Linx furthers its growth and acquires Elliott Aviation’s private jet management division. The acquisition of Elliott’s management services expands the 20 year partnership between the two companies, allowing Elliott to focus on their core services (maintenance) and enabling Jet Linx to expand in the Upper Midwest.

Jet Linx gets bigger in Texas and introduces Jet Linx Austin at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Jet Linx Austin marks the fifth Jet Linx Base in the state of Texas. The new private terminal is managed by Base Partner and President Tom Northington. Tom is not new to the Jet Linx scene, however. He also oversees operations for Jet Linx San Antonio.

Jet Linx improves its client-facing technology with the new and improved Jet Linx Mobile App – providing Jet Linx clients 24/7 access to their private jet travel, the ability to quote and book travel, connect with their local Base team, and much more. In addition to the App, Jet Linx launches OpenSeat Exchange, a member-to-member flightsharing experience. With OpenSeat, clients have the option to share the cost on a per seat-basis, allowing other Jet Linx members to purchase empty seats on Jet Linx flights to their most frequent travel destinations.

Your Personal Jet Company forms a strategic partnership with world-renowned Forbes Travel Guide. This collaboration will enable Jet Linx to establish Forbes Travel Guide’s unparalleled standards of service excellence in private aviation.

A partnership develops between Jet Linx and Southwest Airlines, the nation’s largest domestic carrier. The newly-formed partnership created Destination 225°, the industry’s first pilot career pathway. The program will provide the most talented pilots the opportunity to move seamlessly from initial training, to private aviation, to commercial lines.

This year, Jet Linx celebrates 20 years of service and safety. What began as a one-Base operation has now evolved into a jet card and aircraft management company unlike any other provider in the industry, with 18 locations (and growing!), over 500 team members and more than 2,000 Jet Card clients and 100 aircraft in fleet.
