David FialkowJet Linx Boston
David Fialkow is a co-founder and managing director of General Catalyst. David’s focus areas include travel, financial services, and e-commerce, and he leads General Catalyst’s XIR program.
His portfolio of investments includes Catalant; CLEAResult (acquired by General Atlantic); Datalogix (acquired by Oracle); Datto (acquired by Vista Equity Partners); Highwinds; OGSystems (acquired by Parsons Corporation); Outdoor Voices; TrueMotion; and Vitrue (acquired by Oracle).
Before going into business, David studied film at Colgate University and earned a law degree from Boston College.
He and his wife, Nina, still make documentaries focused on healthcare and social justice. David produced Icarus, which won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Film in 2018. He is the former chairman of The Pan-Mass Challenge. David also is on the board of The Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams) and is chair of the Investment Advisory Committee of The Engine.
