He has worked for globally-known properties in motorsports and the Olympic space, including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IndyCar, National Hot Rod Association, Harding Steinbrenner Racing, and USA Gymnastics. In that time, Phil has worked on commercial rights, partnerships, and event management. Highlights include a Rolling Stones concert, the 100^th Running of the Indianapolis 500, the Sao Paulo Indy 300, and the Red Bull Air Race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Phil and his wife live on the north side of Indianapolis with their two dogs, and enjoy spending time with family, attending events and traveling. As a former Division III athlete, Phil enjoys staying active by cycling, swimming, or hiking. He serves as a board member for the Riveria Club Foundation, which focuses on enhancing lives throughout Indianapolis with water safety, health, and wellness programs. Phil’s fondness for aviation started at a young age when his father took him to see the Blue Angles for the first time at Grissom Air Force Base.
