He began in their Sales Development Program (SDP), rotating through various business functions within the company and receiving training in Aircraft Sales, Service Sales, Technical Marketing, and Business Operations.

Upon completion of the program, St. Clair continued to work with Textron Aviation, consulting with Aircraft Owners and advising on maintenance, modernizations, and aircraft transactions. This time provided great insight into the complexity of the maintenance side of the industry.

In late 2020, St. Clair joined Clay Lacy Aviation in their efforts to grow the company nationally. Through strategic sales initiatives, he collaborated with industry specialists and Aircraft Owners in the Eastern United States leading to a record-breaking sales year. During his time as an Aircraft Manager, he gained instrumental experience working with Owners to understand their objectives and provide a boutique, high-touchpoint aviation solution.

St. Clair brings his comprehensive range of experience to Jet Linx, where he provides personalized guidance to Aircraft Management clients. He works proactively with Jet Linx Base locations and the National Operations Center to provide solutions that consistently drive revenue and offset ownership costs.
