Director of Client Services

Missy has worked in the service industry for 20 years, with roles in service departments management for 17 of those years. Missy served as a Store Manager for Starbucks for 8 years before deciding to make the switch to aviation.

Missy joined Jet Linx in 2010 and has since been involved with overall management of Client Service teams across the country, including training program development, creating and managing the service metric program, and inspiring other team members to focus on her number one priority – service excellence. Missy has also managed the Jet Linx Flight Coordination and corporate Service Delivery roles.

Missy has been formally trained on behavioral and project management, classroom facilitation, and service excellence by the Ritz Carlton.

She currently resides in Omaha and you can find her in nature during her free time- she is extremely passionate about animals, the environment, and geology.
